Sherryn said, “If police find my mother’s bones, then my father murdered my mom, and it’s impossible for my mind to realize that’s conceivable,” on Channel Nine’s 60 Minutes.
After a three-month trial during which the prosecution presented evidence culled from a 40-year police investigation into Lynette’s disappearance, her father, Chris, was convicted guilty.
Asserting that his wife Lynette Dawson had abandoned him and his two young children when they were just two and four years old, he had refuted any charges of wrongdoing.
