Since 2022, Andrew Nembhard, a sibling of Ryan Nembhard, has been a player with the Indiana Pacers.

Andrew Nembhard, Ryan’s brother, began his career there and joined the basketball squad in 2018.

His memorable NCAA basketball performance occurred on March 15, 2019, when Florida defeated the LSU Tigers 76-73 in the SEC Tournament finals.

Three days later, he shared photos of himself celebrating the victory on Instagram, including lovely pictures of him splashing water with his teammates, a fantastic view of him attempting a trey shot, and his positive reaction to sharing the news.

Andrew Nembhard’s Career At Gonzaga Bulldogs

He transferred to the Gonzaga Bulldogs on June 30, 2020, despite being a 2019 NBA draft pick.

He experienced many noteworthy events throughout his time at Gonzaga. He uploaded pictures of himself to Instagram on March 9, 2021, to commemorate his 78-55 victory over Saint Mary’s Gaels in the WCC semifinals.

He was photographed with his teammates on April 4, 2021, as they celebrated their NCAA tournament 2021 semifinal victory over USC (85–66). They reached the championship game but fell to Baylor by a score of 70–86.

His appearance on April 2, 2022, alongside his teammates at the 2022 WCC Tournament trophy was likely his most memorable moment. Gonzaga defeated Saint Mary’s 82-69 to win the championship.

Was Andrew Nembhard Drafted In 2022?

Andrew’s professional career was cemented on July 3 when he published an Instagram post announcing that the Indiana Pacers had selected him with the 31st overall pick.

His supporters wished him well in his profession and applauded him for being chosen for the NBA.

He made his Summer League debut against the Charlotte Hornets and finished with five points and five assists. That game was won by the Pacers 96–84.

He celebrated his first year with the Indiana Pacers by posting photos of himself with Tyrese Haliburton, Christopher Duarte, and Benedict Mathurin on October 8.

He appeared in 14 games for the Pacers in 2022–23, playing 20.2 minutes each time. He presently contributes 3.1 assists per game while scoring 6.7 points per game. Additionally, he averages 2.4 personal fouls per game and 2.1 rebounds.

He has beaten the Denver Nuggets in four last five games and lost one. On November 16, he played the Charlotte Hornets, scoring 13 points.

The Nembhard Brothers have had many highs and lows throughout their careers with various clubs and nations.

The fact that both brothers play point guard is significant. Due to his older age, Andrew has more excellent experience playing games and scoring points.

He played for both teams for two seasons. For two seasons, Ryan participated in 32 games with Creighton. We also include his five games during the current 22-23 season.

Ryan has only started 32 of Creighton’s games, compared to Andrew’s total of 115 for four seasons.

During his tenure in Florida, Andrew averaged 33 minutes of playing time per game and 31 minutes for Gonzaga. Since Ryan has played fewer games than his brother, we cannot compare him favorably despite his average game time of 33.4 minutes.

Andrew averaged 2.9 rebounds per game, the same for both his teams. Ryan averages 2.8 fewer rebounds per game than his sibling.
