Who Is Sid Steiner From Yellowstone?
Sid Steine depicts a genuine cowboy in Yellowstone.
The Steiner Rodeo Company is run by Sid Steine, the third in line. Bobby and Joleen Steiner welcomed Steiner into the world on December 8, 1974 in Austin, Texas.
When his father Bobby won the 1973 RCA World Championship Bull Riding, he became one of the select few who own gold buckles.
Before selling it in 1982, the actor’s father and his grandfather Tommy jointly controlled the rodeo company for nine years. Sid and Shane, the youngest kids, were 6 and 7 years old.
Sid played football and baseball as a kid and went to Ranger College in Ranger, Texas to play football, despite coming from a rodeo family.
Steiner competed as a steer wrestler from 1995 until 2002, at which point he earned his golden belt by winning the PRCA Steer Wrestling World Championship.
The cowboy and his wife, Jamie, initially met one other during a rodeo in Caldwell, Idaho. In 2000, Sid and Jamie both received invitations to the NFR.
Jamie’s father was a jockey, therefore she was raised close to racetracks. In December 1999, the pair announced their engagement; they wed in April 2001.
When he won the World title, their firstborn daughter Steely was only 11 months old. Rocker, their younger son, is their other child.
Both of Sid and Bobby’s children like rodeo, so on their ranch, they help their son Rocker prepare for bareback competition and their daughter Steely prepare for barrel racing competition.
The well-known Steiner Steakhouse on Lake Travis and the Vaqueros Mexican restaurant in Austin, Texas, are both owned by the same couple. Sid works in the real estate industry as well.

Details On Sid Steiner Father
Like his father, Sid makes an appearance as a cowboy in Yellowstone. The father-and-son team appeared in an episode of the third season of the program.
With his sister Steely, parents Sid and Jamie, a sizable number of siblings, and other family members, Rocker Steiner grew up in a Texas suburb close to Lake Austin.
When he was three years old, the rodeo cowboy began to wakeboard. According to his grandfather, who told Rodeo News that his grandson “had been a superstar from the moment he was able to walk,” he attempted and finished a wakeboard flip when he was eight years old.
The young Steiner competed in wakeboarding tournaments across the country before becoming interested in rodeo. Despite the thrill of riding a wild animal on one’s back, he believes that wakeboarding with friends is more enjoyable.
In 2016, he purchased his first bareback horse, but due to his nervousness, he was unable to ride it. His grandfather Bobby encouraged and guided him every day as he went to practice.
When Rocker begins competing in rodeo at the age of 18, he intends to follow in the footsteps of his father and grandpa by becoming a world champion.
At the Parker County Sheriff’s Posse Frontier Days and PRCA Rodeo in Weatherford, Texas, he and another rider shared the championship. He made his NFR debut in 2022.
He finished sixth in Round 6 of the 2022 Wrangler National Finals Rodeo, which took place from December 1 to December 10 in Las Vegas, Nevada, USA. He is currently #1 on the Resistol Rookie ranking for bareback riding and ninth overall.
