Since 2015, Jon Mclaren and Nicole Najda have been wed. In February this year, Jon and Nicole marked their fifth wedding anniversary.
Currently, she oversees learning design at the Royal Bank of Canada, which has its headquarters in Mississauga, Ontario.
She joined the financial organization in 2017 as a Licensed Insurance Agent, making her tenure there six years.
As an insurance agent, Nicole did individualized requirements analyses, gave clients insurance recommendations and solutions, improved the client experience, and found and assessed risks throughout client iterations.
After a year, she received a promotion to manager of staff development, and in February 2020, she was named manager of learning design.
The manager attended McMaster University and earned an honors degree in Cognitive Science of Language. She was also a member of the McMaster Linguistic Society. Later, she obtained her certificate from the University of Toronto to teach ESL.
She provided English instruction to overseas students at UofT from various backgrounds. She developed activities to create a safe community on the university grounds and prepared events for the university tour.
Nicole also went to the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education at the University of Toronto to finish her graduate work and earn a master’s degree in curriculum studies and teacher development.

Jon McLaren And Nicole Najd Children
Canadian natives Nicole and Jon are a married pair. The couple’s canine companion is named Jacky.

Jon and Nicole celebrated their seventh wedding anniversary in February 2022. He posted a picture of the couple snuggled up together in the snow, having fun.
Jon had to make a bad but amusing pun in the captions, writing, “Greetings on your anniversary! Anywhere we skate, I’ll be there!”
