Who Are Jordan Andino’s Parents?

Jordan Andino was born in Canada in 1973 to parents Joanna Bacalso and Richard Andino. Andino began preparing meals with his father when he was nine years old.

His father served as his mentor and a significant source of inspiration for his long-standing love of cooking.

To work in some of the most renowned restaurants, including Spago and The French Laundry, he moved to Manhattan Beach. Andino began studying hotel administration at Cornell University in 2006, and he graduated in 2010.

At the time, he frequently worked as a personal chef and made an appearance on the Keeping Up with the Kardashians spinoff Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons.

After he graduated, Jordan worked as a manager, chef, and bartender at several restaurants, such as Dino’s Bar and Grill, Cavanaugh’s River, and Disco Sushi Entertainment.

2017 marked Jordan’s first appearance as a guest chef on the Food Network and the Cooking Channel. He had the opportunity to start his own Food Network program, Late Nite Eats, during his time on the show.

The program ran for two seasons. During that time, Andino served as a guest judge on the competition shows Cooks vs Cons, Chopped, and Worst Cooks in America.

Jordan and Richard Andino, his father, are very close. Richard is also a chef, and as his son Jordan grew older, he taught him how to cook. From an early age, he shared his father’s enthusiasm for food and began to enjoy it.

Jordan’s parents are both immensely proud of his success. They consider that he began his career by drawing inspiration from his father and mother.

Who Is Jordan’s Mother, Joanna?

Joanna Bacalso, Jordan’s mother, is a Filipino-Canadian model and television personality. She represented Ford Models, walked the runway, and printed ads for brands like Tommy Hilfiger and Banana Republic.

Joanna transitioned from modelling to acting and television as well. She has appeared as a guest star alongside Dave Chappelle on the television programs La Femme Nikita, Veronica’s Closet, Wish You Were Here, and The Jamie Foxx Show.

Bacalso had a recurring role in The District and appeared in several episodes of the CBS television series Ally McBeal.

Bacalso made her acting debut in the Orion Pictures comedy Car 54, Where Are You? starring Rosie O’Donnell and Fran Drescher. Bac also had leading roles in the long-form films Bedazzled and Dude, Where’s My Car?

Jordan’s main job is cooking, but he has recently started working in the entertainment business as well. Like his mother, he is an entertainer by nature.
