Update on the Paul Barbaritano Case
Paul Barbaritano is now on trial in Albany County Court for second-degree murder. According to the prosecutor, Paul slashed Jenning’s throat with a German pocket knife.
However, Paul’s defence attorney claimed that at the time of the unexpected catastrophe, Paul and Nicole were engaged in erotic asphyxiation. Paul claimed that he accidentally slit Jenning’s throat while attempting to remove a cotton karate belt from Jenning’s neck.
According to the prosecutor, Paul’s testimony was a fabrication made to cover up his misconduct. The jury has not yet decided, and the trial is still proceeding.
