Robot truck developer TuSimple fired CEO Xiaodi Hou after learning of his ties to a Chinese business.
TuSimple, a leading provider of autonomous driving technology for semi-trucks, has issued a warning that it faces the possibility of being delisted from the Nasdaq stock exchange as a result of its cofounders, including its recently fired CEO.
The business acknowledged that by doing so, it risked the risk of being kicked out of Nasdaq, which requires a specific proportion of outside directors.
