She was also responsible for turning WLS-Chicago TV’s news broadcast into the most watched news program in the country.

Per the online rumours, Teri Goudie died as a result of leukaemia.
Since then, neither her husband nor her children have made any comments implying she is ill.
People believe that her battle with leukaemia was the primary cause of her health problems in the final years of her life.
On July 5, from 2:00 a.m. to 8:30 p.m., she was remembered at the Adolf Funeral Home in Willowbrook, Illinois, 60527. (7000 S. Madison Street).
In her honour, people donated to the Chicago Marathon Lymphoma and Leukemia Training Team; the race is scheduled for October 9, 2022.
Some of her relatives and friends formed the squad a few months ago.

Terri Goudie’s husband, Chuck Goudie, spoke about how they first met in the ABC7 newsroom after Terri Goudie died.
“I published the phrases in the Daily Herald column about fifteen years ago,” he claimed.
Chuck also mentioned how meaningful those comments were to his wife, Teri, and to all the kind people who appreciated his writing and told him so.
