According to sources, Rodney Harris, 31, was charged in federal court on Tuesday with possessing a firearm by a felon, according to court documents filed with the United States District Court for Eastern Tennessee.
According to the complaint, he was one of the gunshot victims and was seen waving a pistol near Mary’s Bar & Grill in a Facebook live video.

According to Chattanooga Police Department Chief Celeste Murphy, 14 of the 17 victims were shot, while three others were mowed down by vehicles as they attempted to flee the scene.
Two victims were shot, while the third was struck and killed by a car. One of the victims was a kid, while sixteen of the victims were adults.
Authorities asked for the public’s help investigating the event during a press conference on Tuesday.
