He was identified as a Caucasian male, age 21 when he was originally taken into custody in 2013. He is also charged with two new crimes: grand theft and burglary, in addition to the murder from 2010.
Due to his upbringing in a “disadvantaged and abusive home” and improper ADHD treatment, Justice Jorge Labarga reexamined Bargo’s death sentence.
According to the mitigation offered to the circuit court, Bargo had a hostile relationship with his mother. Bargo was viewed as a danger to himself or others as a result of his parent’s divorce.

Michael Shane Bargo Age & Update In 2022
Michael Shane Bargo, now 29 years old, is a prisoner at Union Correctional Institution in Florida, according to the website of the California Department of Corrections.
In a 6-1 decision, the justices rejected Michael Shane Bargo’s appeal after his attorneys claimed, among other things, that the circuit court failed to consider his mental state during the trial.
The trial court discovered numerous nonstatutory and two statutory mitigators. In addition to his father abandoning him as a child, Bargo suffered from frontal lobe brain injury, bipolar disease, schizoaffective disorder, complex partial seizure disorder, hallucinations, and impaired control over inhibitions.
Despite the fact that the jury in Bargo’s most recent trial largely supported the death penalty, the Florida Supreme Court subsequently ordered a second sentencing hearing. This was a result of the split decision. But Bargo was once more unanimously granted the death punishment at a subsequent hearing.
Seath Jackson: Who Is He?
Seath Jackson, a local teen from Belleview, Florida, was 15 years old when he passed away. His parents said he was cheerful, charming, funny, and smart, and that he was “popular with the females.”
Amber Wright, a 15-year-old former high school classmate of Seath, began dating him. But after a while, their relationship seems to be deteriorating. Jackson accused Amber of cheating on him on his Facebook page after learning that she was dating Michael Bargo, a teenager.
Amber Wright accompanied Seath Jackson to the residence of co-defendant Charlie Ely on the evening of April 17, 2011, at the request of Bargo, who was then 18 years old, so that Bargo, Kyle Hooper, and Justin Soto could ambush and kill Jackson.
After the initial attack, Bargo intended to keep the victim alive so that he could kill him and the victim would know who killed him before he passed away.
Bargo struck the victim, yelled at him, and continued to shoot at him while he was still in the restroom. Finally, Bargo shot the victim in the face, killing him instantly. Bargo and Soto then carried the victim’s body to Ely’s fire pit, where they lit a fire.
