Mark Fleischman, a former owner of Studio 54 Club who is afflicted with a serious disease, has decided to die legally on June 13, 2022, in Zurich.

According to The New York Post, Fleischman will also be cremated in Switzerland and his ashes will be sent to his wife Mimi in California. Furthermore, he made the decision on his own and nobody made him.

Mark Fleischman, who has been experiencing the medical problem since 2016 and is currently using a wheelchair, has an unidentified condition that has led to a loss of balance in his body.

His legs were dragging when he first started having symptoms, but neurologists have not yet been able to determine what caused the condition. As a result, he is now unable to walk, speak normally, and perform any independent tasks.

Additionally, his wife dresses him, puts on his shoes, and assists him in getting ready for bed. The owner of the historic Studio 54 club in New York City, who was once in excellent health, has been fighting to get by since he is not aware that he has an illness.

Mark is a married man who wed Mimi Fleischman, the love of his life, in 1994 at the Tatou location in Los Angeles; they have been together for more than two and a half years.

The former proprietor of Studio54 does, however, have a daughter named Hilary from his first union with Laurie Lister in 1986. Mimi also seems to have two kids from a previous relationship, Adam and Juliet.

After getting married, they collaborated to open Los Angeles’ hip-hop-focused Century Club, and they have always stood by each other through good times and bad.

The businessman has decided to legally end his life because he is unable to take care of himself and relies on his wife constantly. The former proprietor of Studio 54 had contemplated suicide for the previous two years and had previously tried to terminate his life but failed.

He and his significant other contacted Dignitas, a business established in 1998 that assists those with terminal or serious physical or mental disorders who wish to end their lives.

On July 13, 2022, the Swiss corporation will carry out Fleischman’s decision to end his life. On July 8, Fleischman and Mimi will take a business class flight to Zurich, where they will stay at a lovely lakeside resort.

After consuming a drink provided by Dignitas, he will leave on July 13th. In his next life, he should have it easy and live a happy, healthy lifestyle.
