Both Birmingham and Coventry, England, were used as filming locations for Stonehouse. ITV is set to premiere a new British television series called Stonehouse.
The film is based on a scenario written by English journalist Preston, and it tells the story of disgraced British politician John, who pretends to die.
In 1974, he was last seen on the beach of a high-end hotel in Miami, Florida, before he mysteriously vanished.
But he ended up in Australia alive and well. In the show, Matthew Macfadyen plays the lead part, while his wife Barbara portrays Barbara, his on-screen wife.
Scottish filmmaker and BFTA award winner Jon posted updates on the film’s production and release on his social media.
