Mrs. AJ Hawk, Laura Quinn Hawk, runs the design firm LCH Interior. Ohio is where AJ and Laura are bringing up their four children.

Since the Green Bay Packers selected Hawk during the first selection of the 2006 NFL Draft, he and his now-wife have been good friends. In 2006, he was the first linebacker selected.
