Charlotte Banks Partner Tommy Banks Is A Michelin Star Chef

After his parents bought a pub for the B&B business, he started helping out at the restaurant. It was given to him and his brother James to manage.

With little business management experience, both brothers tried to plan parties and bring his buddies over to drink. Though it was seldom above average, the pub was running smoothly.

At that point, the brothers decided it was time to make adjustments to the pub. As a result, they transformed the tavern into the desired restaurant.

Tommy worked at several Michelin-starred restaurants, like Le Manor des Quat’Saisons, to get experience for the restaurant his family owns.

Tommy worked as an apprentice under Adam Jackson, who was later hired as the restaurant’s head chef, to learn the ins and outs of the culinary industry.

The establishment’s first Michelin star was awarded to Adam in 2011. He stayed there until 2013, when he hired someone else to take over Tommy’s cooking responsibilities.

When his mentor left, he kept making meals the same way. This allowed him to keep the restaurant’s Michelin star. This led to his being the UK’s youngest Michelin Star Chef.

He wanted to try something new with the food at the restaurant, so he changed the menu to include something he had made up himself.

Despite the potential that his efforts may damage his reputation, he persisted and was successful. Thanks to his unusual cooking approach, he continued to be the restaurant’s star.
