Locke also works for himself as a consultant and strategist for the fashion industry. He used to handle the office for Holland Cooper, a high-end clothing company that focused in tweed clothes.
He left the company in 2013 but returned as the head of e-commerce in 2016. In 2017, he was then elevated to Commercial Director. According to his LinkedIn page, he has also worked as a self-employed business and brand consultant for the previous three years.
