Aiden Mccarthy Go Fundme Update
People who were concerned quickly set up Aiden McCarthy’s GoFundMe page and posted it on Facebook.
Aiden will reportedly now be raised by his grandparents, according to sources. However, as he grows up in the future without parents, he will continue to need support on a financial and emotional level.
“On behalf of his family, and with their permission, I am establishing this fundraiser to support him and the caregivers who will be responsible for raising, caring for, and supporting Aiden as he and his support system embark on this unexpected journey,” the Fund, created by a person going by the name of Irina Colon, states.
The initial goal was to raise 500,000 dollars, but with a total of $1.6 million and more than 30.7k donors on the list, this amount was already surpassed.
Highland Park Shooting: Aiden Mccarthy Bio
Following the horrible July 4 event in Highland Park, images of a toddler running loose in the park began to circulate online. The boy was identified as Aiden Mccarthy who was just 2 years old.
Witnesses claim that Kevin McCarthy, Aiden’s father, passed away trying to save his kid. Instead, he is said to have shielded his son with his own body. Likewise, Irina, Aiden’s mother, also perished in the incident.
Fortunately, the kid was unharmed. A couple named Dana and Greg Ring took him up and later gave him to the investigators.
Aiden Mccarthy Parents And Their Age
The late Kevin and Irina McCarthy were Aiden’s parents. Irina was 35 years old, while Kevin was 37 years old.
Michael Levberg and Nina Levberg welcomed Irina into the world in Russia. Then, the family relocated to the USA and made Chicago their home. She was also the lone child in the household.
She was a waitress and went to Stevenson High School. After graduating from DePaul University, she obtained a position in digital marketing for the pharmaceutical sector.
Irina met Kevin, her future husband while working in the pharmaceutical industry. He was working for a new gene treatment company at the time. They eventually got married, and approximately two and a half years ago, they had Aiden.
Later, Aiden’s grandfather found the picture. He picked up his grandson from the police station right away and told him that “Mommy and Daddy are on the way.” only to learn that the slaughter claimed the lives of his daughter and son-in-law.
