A police case was filed against Arabela, who was driven to Fort Munro, a highland resort in the Dera Ghazi Khan region.

According to her statement, Shehzad and his accomplices sexually assaulted Arabela Urpi on July 17 while staying at a nearby hotel in Fort Munro.
She also claimed that the accused had videotaped the incident and that the Border Military Police had filed a complaint based on this evidence.
The accused will be transported to Lahore for DNA testing, while the survivor will be medically examined.

At least two people were arrested after the 21-year-old woman reported being sexually assaulted during Arabela Urpi’s visit.
One of those arrested, according to police, is the woman’s host, who took her to a hotel in Dera Ghazi Khan earlier this week, where she claimed she was sexually assaulted.
The incident has been reported to Punjab’s chief minister, Hamza Shahbaz, who has requested a report from the territory’s top police officer. According to the chief minister, the criminal will be punished by the law, and the victim will receive justice at any cost.
The police stated that they were investigating the incident and that the perpetrators would face legal consequences.
The US embassy in Islamabad said its consulate in the Pakistani city of Lahore was ready to provide consular services to the alleged victim.
